DONCASTER TANG SOO DO MARTIAL ARTS CLUB  -  (DonMac)

is a martial arts club training at ST.LAURENCES' COMMUNITY CENTRE, CHURCH LANE, ADWICK -LE - STREET, DONCASTER. Our style follows the path given to us by Great Grandmaster Hwang Kee and we train in the UK style of UKTSDF - ( GM Kang UK Lee)

TANG SOO DO or ' The Way of the CHINA / TANG / WORTHY Hand' is a traditional type of karate originating from KOREA. The style also has many links with chinese martial ways and with Okinawa Karate and these techniques can be found in Tang Soo Do Hyungs (forms, kata's, patterns) and techniques. What excites me about Tang Soo Do is that we can all train together - parents and children, Mums and Dads, Aunties and Uncles, Grans and Grandads - all manner of friends and relatives are welcome at DTSDMA to study TANG SOO DO along with us. From 4yrs to forever...

This is essentially what TSD is really about, working together in friendship and family to improve ourselves for the benefit of everyone in our society and community.

Doncaster TSDMA is run by Master (4th Dan-SBN) Moira Lawson, KyoSa(Senior 2nd Dan) Deputy Chief Instructor Gill Brentnall and Senior Inst /Acting Dep Ch Inst Jayne Lawson (4th Dan ). The senior instructors are very ably assisted by KyoSa Paul Batchelor 1st Dan. 
We are  devoted to the evolution of TSD through the teaching and passing of the art to the next generation - YOU !! 
Our club has been successfully running since April 2008 & is a long-standing member of NAKMAS (Nat'l Assoc' of Karate & Martial Arts Schools)  Master Moira Lawson and Master Jayne Lawson are registered and accredited Master Grades (4th Dan) with this organisation.

DTSDMA offer a free trial session to all that are seriously interested - so why not come along to either of our TRAINING SESSION on :-
Tuesdays at 5.45pm-6.30pm (juniors) - 6.30pm - 7.15pm (Adults & Adv Grades) 
Thursdays at 6pm-7.00pm (Jrs)   and  7pm - 8pm (Adults & Adv Grades)
